Your feedback is important to us. 

How to submit your feedback.

At Kemp Allied Health we take great pride in maintaining our reputation for delivering therapy services to the highest of standards. We value all feedback as this is key to us maintaining and improving our service delivery to our community.

  • Contact your therapist by email, phone or in person. These details are provided to you at your initial assessment.
  • Complete the electronic feedback form below, or request that a feedback form be mailed to you. We can arrange for an interpreter or any other assistance you might need to provide feedback.
  • Contact us directly.

What happens next?

Once we have received your feedback, the appropriate staff member will address your comments and take action as soon as possible (if appropriate). If you provide your name, phone number, email and/or postal address we will contact you within a week to discuss your feedback and let you know of any actions taken.

You can always contact us to find out about the progress of your feedback too.
