Mobile Allied Health.

Access our team of specialist allied health clinicians in Western Australia whose goal is to Kemp achieving yours.

We treat the person, not the condition.

At Kemp Allied Health we work with you on your journey. Not behind you, not in front of you but alongside you.

We believe people should be able to choose where they receive therapy so that it is convenient, saves time with travel to/from the appointment, is in an environment familiar to them to reduce anxiety and the therapist can assess all relevant environmental factors during the therapy session which can often be missed during in-clinic settings. This provides more relatable, purposeful and applicable interventions as we are helping clients in their everyday environment with the occupation/s they are wanting to do, needing to do or are expected to do, resulting in better outcomes.

As a specialist mobile allied health service, we come to you, wherever you are. We commonly deliver services in people's homes, schools, aged-care facilities, hospitals, workplaces and remotely via Telehealth when face-to-face is not an option or unsuitable. We strive to support people regardless of age, condition or funding stream across the lifespan to ensure continuity of support.

At Kemp Allied Health we work with you to achieve your goals. Whether it is for your Mum to remain independently at home, for your child to improve their handwriting at school or for prescription of a custom wheelchair to access the community - we do it all.

We are currently servicing suburbs located north of the river of Perth, WA from Two Rocks to Perth City and all the suburbs in-between and to the east - with the intention to expand to south of the river. If you do not fit within our current zones, Telehealth is always available.

Our friendly and highly experienced team is ready to support you on your journey. It is a privilege we do not take for granted. Contact us now, we look forward to meeting you!

Our values.

Work together

We walk with you on your journey  - not behind you, not in front of you but along side you. We share expertise, skills and experiences to keep achieving your goals as we are stronger, quicker and more successful working together as one.

Excellence

There is nothing more frustrating than being referred to a company for having an excellent service, but when booked in with a different clinician, the service is completely different or average. We pride ourselves on being selective in the employment process to hire people who best reflect our ethos, have a high level of expertise and are regularly engaged in training to to ensure you receive excellent service on a consistent basis - regardless of who comes out.

Inclusiveness

We believe everyone should have access to high quality allied health services to achieve their goals regardless of their age, condition and where they live. Thus, we endeavour to support people with conditions across the entire lifespan - from the young to the old (though young at heart!) through their relevant funding streams.

Ethical

The person and employees come first. We ensure our team have frequent upskilling to provide the most up-to-date evidence-based therapies, a manageable caseload to ensure the best service is provided and policies and procedures are adhered to - with no short cuts.

Why people believe in us.

Jim's Story

My wife, Anne was diagnosed with Younger Onset Dementia (Alzheimer's disease) in 2012 and the sickness progressed to the stage where she is now in full-time care.

It affects people across a broad spectrum including family, friends work mates; neighbours and others where there is day to day or irregular contact. Most have no idea of the true effects of the illness and seem to gradually avoid contact. Mostly because they don't know how to interact with the person living with dementia or how to assist.

When the disease progresses the carer must navigate the system including NDIS, Centrelink and other government bodies or suppliers of medical aids. This coupled with the distress of watching someone slipping into a state where they can no longer look after themselves and rely totally on the carers for every aspect of their daily life. Verbal communication ceases and the carer is left alone to deal with these issues and not really sure where to turn.

Fortunately, in my case I was introduced to Susan Morrison and felt for the first time in many years that someone was willing, able and happy to help. Susan guided me through the maze of NDIS and also in providing assistance with organisations who could provide respite of one form or another. Susan's advice and direction has smoothed the way and removed the stress from the carer in almost every aspect of services available how to access them.

We believe Susan to be a trusted and knowledgeable friend who has excellent written and oral skills which eases the way through the many organisations involved. Her work is complete and is complimented by all who have the need to view her reports or requests for information. I would recommend Susan and Kemp Allied Health to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation and will be available if anyone wishes to contact me.
